Refugee 613 is a Community Referral Partner. They share the Open Ice application, and a partner link of their own, with the families they serve, so that children who have never played hockey can apply for a free place at camp, with a full set of equipment they keep.

Thank you. A family that has never been near a rink does not find a free hockey camp on its own. It finds one because someone it already trusts passes it on. You are that someone, and every application that arrives with your name on it is a child who gets a fair chance at the ice.
